We start with a discovery meeting to obtain an understand your business, and the unique requirements and the qualifications desired for your new team member.

Leveraging our global networks, within five days, we source, vet, and preliminarily interview candidates that match your unique needs and requirements.

Shortlisting
With the expertise of our skilled recruitment team, we compile a selection of our highest ranking candidates and arrange interviews between you and them.

Selection & Onboarding
After you choose your preferred candidate, you hire Y5Staffing, and begin onboarding of your new employee.

Partnership
As the employee is officially part of Y5Staffing, we manage all aspects of payroll, tax and legal compliance, performance management and monitoring, and all the various complexities of hiring internationally, allowing you to focus on your business. Periodically, we invoice you and provide a detailed breakdown of hours worked. We bill you at a very low hourly rate and deduct our service fee from what we receive, before passing on the remainder to our employee, so there are no upfront costs to your business.
